I can't find an appointment. When can I get in?
Please add yourself to our waitlist in Vagaro. Our books are constantly changing. We utilize & check our waitlist regularly. We try our absolute best to accommodate everyone by going in early or staying late too!
What is your cancellation policy & fee?
Life happens, we totally get it! If you can’t make your appointment, we ask for 24hr notice.
Without 24hr notice, a 50% cancellation/rebook fee for services booked will be charged to the card on file. This is to protect the business and run Plush efficiently. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. For more details please see here.
Do I spray tan or brow tint first?
It’s important to see us for your tinting service first! If you happen to spray tan before, please let us know. We will adjust your service by prepping your skin & brows accordingly.
How long should my hair be for a body wax?
1/4 inches long, which is about the length of a grain of rice. Generally about 2 weeks of growth. If the hair is longer, no need to trim.
How do I prep my skin for a bikini or brazilian wax?
Exfoliate 2-3x a week leading up to your wax AND the evening before. This helps break down and loosen dead skin cells around the base of the hairs, which helps during waxing and with your final results.
I’m pregnant, is waxing safe?
Yes! It is completely safe to wax during pregnancy. We do not recommend a Brazilian 37+ weeks. The waxing table easily adjusts upright, so you won’t be laying flat.
I’m using topical acne creams/gels or retinol products on my skin. When should I stop these?
5-7 days prior to your waxing appointment and please mention to your waxer which product you're using.

Each client’s service is customized according to their individual skin type & needs. We have different waxes, products & hair removal options for everyone. Please address your concerns at the beginning of your service. We will create the right treatment for you!
What can I do about ingrown hairs?
We offer a variety of aftercare products created for treating & preventing ingrown hairs. We can go over these during your appt. Don't be shy to ask!
