We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook. A 50% CANCELLATION / REBOOK FEE will be charged to the card on file if 24hr notice isn't given. Expired or invalid cards will receive an invoice & a reminder to update your account in order to book future appointments. NO SHOW / NO CALLS will be charged 100% of the services booked. This is to protect the business and run Plush efficiently. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
